Most of the names I had I received through E-Mail. I was contacted by "Vermont in the Civil War". They accused me of Stealing their list which was a FALSE accusation. Noticing that both pages had some of the same information I was willing to come to a compromise but they were unflexible and basically RUDE.

I think the Civil War Soldiers of Canadian (AKA British North American) descent deserve more than to have their names Labeled as Property. I had contacted my layer and found out that due to the fact that I had E-Mails proving that I add received them through E-Mail that I could leave the names on our site. After treats from them of having my site removed from Geo and other things I decided to remove the infomation that was Identical even tho they could not force me doing so.

If you originally sent me the names of your ancestors or you have new ones to add I will rebuild this page with new information on them as I gather it half of the E-Mails being lost in a Computer Crash lately. Anybody can copy most information on our Site excluding Poems as long as they say where it came from and add a link back to our page. For now you can find further names by Clicking Here.

If you have any other information on these names or any other from Vermont Information E-Mail me at mich2inf@lycosmail.com. I will be more than happy to give you full credit for any information you send me. You can also send me feedback on my protest or Contact Vermont In The Civil War at The Ledoux Clan to post your protest.
